Welcome to Alma Thai Spa. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the spa services we provide. By visiting our website, booking an appointment, or receiving any treatment, you agree to these terms.
Alma Thai Spa offers wellness and massage treatments including traditional Thai massage, deep tissue massage, aroma therapy, body relaxation massage, foot reflexology and full-body spa treatments. Our services are intended for relaxation and general wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance so we may offer the slot to another guest. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment where necessary, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.
For your safety, please inform our therapists of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy or other concerns before your treatment begins. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where it may not be suitable for your wellbeing.
Alma Thai Spa maintains a calm, respectful and professional environment. Any inappropriate, disrespectful or unlawful behaviour towards our staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in refusal or termination of service.
Treatment prices vary by service and duration and are available on request at the spa. All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Please keep your personal belongings with you. Alma Thai Spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.
